Jean-Pierre Wolff, vintner and owner of Wolff Vineyards in the Edna Valley, says a cool summer and heavy rain season delayed the harvest in San Luis Obispo County, California, in 2023, but winemakers are still optimistic about the crop and wine it will produce.
